This is an incredibly, ornately detailed 30mm Sterling silver heart-shaped pendant. Lovingly handcrafted and set with many beautiful stones, including Sky Blue Topaz (3mm), White Topaz (4mm), Aquamarine (3x5mm) Apatite (4mm) and Laps (9x13mm). The heart is hollow and has a depth of 1/4". Included is an 18" Sterling silver chain that threads through the sides of the heart for an unusual look
