We are digitally certified for the safest handling of secure data. Our encrypted payment processing is considered safer than using a credit card in a restaurant. Offerings Jewelry has taken every measure to ensure your security. And we NEVER, EVER sell our customer list to other vendors.

Shipping
Within the U.S., we primarily ship our products via USPS. For an additional fee, you have the option of having your jewelry shipped by UPS Ground Service, 3-day Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight.Order must be received before 2 p.m. EST.
We have set one flat rate for international orders, which will be sent via US Mail Parcel Post. Shipping costs are as follows:
- $6.95 for purchases up to 99.99
- $8.95 for purchases over 100.00 and up to 499.99
- Free for purchases over 500.00
- UPS 3-Day Ground Service - $10.95
- UPS 2nd Day Air - $14.95
- UPS Overnight - $20.95
- International Parcel Post - $16.95
Out of Stock Items
Though we strive to keep all items in stock that are offered on our web site, we may occasionally get "flooded" with orders for certain pieces. If this happens, we will notify you immediately via e-mail with the approximate date of fulfillment, giving you the option of receiving a full refund, or waiting until the product is in stock.
Return Policy
We will accept returns with a valid receipt within 6 months of purchase, with the following conditions:
- Up to 1 month from purchase - We will replace, repair or provide a refund
- 1 to 3 months from purchase - We will replace, repair or issue web credit
- 3 to 6 months from purchase - We will issue web credit
Refunds will only be issued for jewelry in unworn condition. All service related fees such as shippings charges or special delivery charges are non-refundable.
